We think a great service experience requires a combination of three things:

Legendary Communication

We know what it's like when you have a service issue and are wondering what the result would be. We've also had that service appointment scheduled and wondered when the technician would show up.Our commitment to communication is three-fold:

  1. We call when we are on our way.
    We set appointment times and strive hard to make them. We just think it's better than giving you the four hour window. Sometimes things don't work as planned. When we are running late we call to let you know. We also call when we are on the way. We know it's a small thing, but we like to let you know we are headed to your location when we actually are.
  2. We call when we hit milestones.
    When we make progress we call you to let you know where we are on your system. Sometimes virus scans or hard drive integrity tests can take a long time. When they finish we like to give you a call and let you know that we are still making progress.
  3. We answer the phone when you call.
    Since we understand what it is like to wonder what's up, we don't resent you calling to get a status update. If you are curious, just call and we'll let you know what is going on with your computer.

Legendary Concern

We care. To put it simply, we just care about you and about your experience with us more than our competition does. We consider clients like family. That means that we won't lie to you, or jack up the price on you.

Our commitment to sharing our concern is this:

  1. We don't belittle our clients.
    You may not have very much experience with computers and this may mean you do some things that might make us laugh. We won't be laughing at you. We have ALL made stupid decisions surrounding technology. It's not a sign of our intelligence, it's a sign of our experience. (Or lack thereof.)
  2. We care when bills get large.
    Our advice to clients always considers what a computer is worth. We bill by the quarter hour. This means that little problems get little bills and big problems get big bills. This way you don't get saddled with a large bill for something that took us 5 minutes to fix and the average bill for our clients is lower.
  3. We answer the phone when you call.
    Since we understand what it is like to wonder what's up, we don't resent you calling to get a status update. If you are curious, just call and we'll let you know what is going on with your computer. It's not a bother. If you were concerned, then we are too.

    We try to show our technicians that we care and have found that makes them more likely to show you that they care.
  3. We are very cost-conscious.
    We know the value of a used computer and are very sensitive to large bills. It doesn't make sense to spend more than a computer is worth to repair it.
    While we don't often say that we can't fix something, it is very often that something isn't worth repairing.
