Legendary Communication

We know what it's like when you have a service issue and are wondering what the result would be. We've also had that service appointment scheduled and wondered when the technician would show up.

Our commitment to communication is three-fold:

  1. We call when we are on our way.
    We set appointment times and strive hard to make them. We just think it's better than giving you the four hour window. Sometimes things don't work as planned. When we are running late we call to let you know. We also call when we are on the way. We know it's a small thing, but we like to let you know we are headed to your location when we actually are.
  2. We call when we hit milestones.
    When we make progress we call you to let you know where we are on your system. Sometimes virus scans or hard drive integrity tests can take a long time. When they finish we like to give you a call and let you know that we are still making progress.
  3. We answer the phone when you call.

    Since we understand what it is like to wonder what's up, we don't resent you calling to get a status update. If you are curious, just call and we'll let you know what is going on with your computer.
